Pico de Gallo Salsa


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups seeded, diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon diced jalapenos
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2  tsp ground cumin
Dash-oregano
1/2 cup low-sodium black beans rinsed and strained
1/8 cup fresh or frozen white corn
1/4 cubed avocado
Juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons cilantro, plus extra for garnish

Salt and pepper

METHOD

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Season to taste.
