2” slice ¼ “thick piece of Ginger

1 cup Almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/8 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate
1/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon + Pumpkin Spice

Directions:
Juice carrots and ginger. add juice to blender and combine all other ingredients (add more pumpkin spice if needed).
