Moving On


For everyone who has followed my health and wellness journey on this blog and continue to visit my blogs, thank you. I hope the posts and recipes have provided insight and inspiration in assisting you in your own health and wellness journey. Since my last post I have traveled the world and written a book about my life experiences, and have recently moved on to a slightly different quest, but I carry with me the same torch of mind, body and spiritual wellness as I did in my former blogs. I will be dismantling ‘The Cleanse’ blog shortly and incorporating it into a new blog: Diary of a Figure Skater. I invite you to join me as I take a new turn down an old and familiar path.
